BOOKKEEPER

The Commerce Connection is a boutique Financial Consulting and Bookkeeping business based in Sydney with clients Australia wide. We only support businesses in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry and we are growing! As a Xero Partner, we are looking for an Australian-based Full Time Bookkeeper who wants to work from home.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts (bank reconciliations)
Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
Developing monthly financial statements including profit and loss and balance sheets
Preparation of Business Activity Statement
Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
Weekly Payroll processing
Month End and Year End Processing
Bookkeeper Skills:
Developing Standards
Analysing Information
Data Entry Skills
Accounting knowledge
Attention to Detail
Confidentiality
Thoroughness
Excellent Customer Service
Education & Experience Requirements:
Certificate IV Accounting and Bookkeeping or Diploma in Accounting
Xero experience
